How To Sell A Difficult Home, The Conners Team, Prescott Arizona

2015 is done and Mike and I just want to say thank you to all our friends, family and clients. We had a really successful year and we are looking forward to an even better 2016. I just wanted to share a quick success story that stands out.

Mike and I were asked to sell a challenging home that had been on the market for over 750 days with another agent.  This was a manufactured home in Chino Valley without a well.  This type of home is pretty much the most difficult to market and sell, primarily because most banks will not lend money on a manufactured home without water.  But our job is to get the job done. Here is how we did it:

First we took professional photos and created a high definition video of the home. We also gave the seller a very honest market value which was a bit lower than the previous list price. Finally we cleaned up the house and the yard to make it look the best it could possibly look. And the house that went over 2 years without any offers suddenly began to get showings and then 3 offers .

Selling a difficult home is not impossible, but it does take hard work and a more experienced teams to make it happen. We just keep working until our goal is reached.

The challenging home was mine!! Dave and all his associates worked very hard to get this home sold. We live on the other side of the country and had to leave all the hard work to Dave. He really pushed and pulled us through the steps needed to get things done. Dave has tenacity, as well as knowledge of the real estate business that others do not seem to possess. We are so grateful that he helped us sell our home. Thanks Dave
